Client Side(Mobile) Connect your mobile phone and pc to the same network, you don't require internet connection for this. Install and run the apk file on your android device. Then start the server app on your pc and then enter the Ip address and port no generated by the server on your mobile device. Then click the connect button on your android device to remotely have access to your pc and control it.
