Strange bug when using lots of pauses in events

Sometimes it wasn't firing back into the event flow.
This has been fixed on the branch.
This possibly (needs more testing) appears to have fixed a related issue when paused animations would no longer continue if switching tabs and coming back into the page.
Closing in preparation for release.
