Crash if Actinium.conf exists

My node crashes if Actinium.conf exists, no matter what is in it with the following error:
Actiniumd: script/interpreter.cpp:1519: bool VerifyScript(const CScript&, const CScript&, const CScriptWitness*, unsigned int, const BaseSignatureChecker&, ScriptError*): Assertion `(flags & SCRIPT_VERIFY_P2SH) != 0' failed.
I tried to get into the Discord server to inquire about this but phone verification is required and it doesn't see Google Voice phone numbers as valid phone numbers.
Yes, this is a known problem.
Just start your wallet without the conf and let it sync.
As the wallet contains several built-in seed nodes one actually doesn't need the conf anymore.
Of course, if you have any special settings you can easily start your wallet binary with those flags as options. Just put them one after another in the same line, but with a minus-sign prepended.
Regarding the registration on Discord I will make the rules less problematic. Let's see if we can still keep spammers away.
