addnodes to actinium.conf

Please consider to addnodes to the actinium.conf so that people don't need to add them on their own. I couldn't get 0.17.2 to sync without adding them myself. I grabbed these from the goldmine pool.

Actinium has several built-in seed nodes (IP/port). Just have a bit more patience and let your wallet sync properly. Since v.1.5.2.2 users don't have to put any nodes into Actinium.conf. This info is also to be found in our ANN bitcointalk thread.
However, we also provide a prepared Actinium.conf in each release. Just download the ZIP file, unpack it and use the Actinium.conf from it. Actually, not needed anymore, but if you want to have seed nodes the conf, this is the best way to get some.
Btw. the nodes you provided don't use the standard port 4334. Therefore I suppose those nodes don't allow any inbound queries. Therefore, let your wallet sync with built-in seed nodes.
