I do not see TensorRT in Stable Diffusion

I have tried for some time now. Updated Pyton but still getting told that it is up to date 23.1.2 but when I start webui.bat it states that tehre is an update for it.
What to do?

So, I can see that you need to update all you need to have CUDA 11.8 you have to have a new installation of Stable Diffusion.
And you must install the extension and the Tensor rt lib.
Not something that is shown on the website or in any video. Just error on error. Before you find out that your system has not been auto-updated, and you have to fiddle with all the components once again.
OH, yes and you have to update your Visual Studio and download the package C++ tools in there to make it work. So it seems.
Again nothing that is statet in the install instructions from NVIDIA, strange behaviour.
Fixed!
The Visual Studio with the c++ package was the solution. Who should have known. But now it works after 6 hours of trail. I'm a non-programmer, I guess I'm getting closer to becoming one or am I scared off now. LOL
