Allow autorotate to run without root

The keyboard library requires root under Linux. Running the autorotate script as a normal user fails due to an ImportError from the keyboard library. However, this is only needed for the hotkey portion of the script, which works perfectly otherwise. It should be possible to proceed without root with the understanding that the hotkey will not work.
