Start using main branch instead of master?

Docs issue template
Following ARMmbed/mbed-os#15157, we should update our docs as well. I found few instances where the default branch master is mentioned. As we are updating our main branch for Mbed OS and their official examples, we should clean up the docs as well.
If we decide to go with 15157, I'll update this issue with more details.
