APi doc is missing some fields and wrong types.

In malicious_ip:
- The example has a 'value' wrapper in it.
- discoveredAt says milliseconds. It's seconds.
- createdAt is missing from example.
In malicious-domain example:
- submissionCount is supposed to be in metadata.
- notes is supposed to be an array.
