Player spawns two corpses if backstabbed (and killed another innocent earlier)

Players (who may have killed another innocent player) can sometimes spawn two corpses if they are backstabbed. One corpse is just a regular death, while the other is a backstab-type death.
This issue might have originated from a Touchup patch.
