Plugin "serverless-import-swagger" not found

Do you mean that you added "serverless-import-swagger" in plugin section of Servereless Framework's yaml file and it does not work?
If so, serverless-import-swagger is individual script, not a Serverless Framework plugin.
Installation and Usage is written in README.
