Error Loading finnlp in Robo-Advisor Example

I downloaded the following notebook: fingpt/FinGPT_v2/FinGPT_Robo_Advisor/chatgpt-robo-advisor-v2/ChatGPT_Robo_Advisor_v2.ipynb
I run the first two cells and get the following error message. For some reason the distribution cannot be located. Any ideas?
