Strange SCT Taskbar appearance (srry for spelling)

Describe the bug
Both classic taskbar options have broken UI

Reproduction
when enabling the classic taskbar (SiB and OS/ SCT Taskbar)

Expected behavior
For it to display correctly

Environment:

• OS: Win10 21h1 (OS Build 19043.1348)
• SCT Version 1.4.0

Don't know enough about the issue to add additional info

   That happens to me when I run SCT but it is already enabled. Disabling and the reenabling it fixes the taskbar.      It would be nice if SCT could detect when the classic theme is already enabled, and then not run a second time.

This is just Windows being Windows and sometimes recreating the taskbar. When the taskbar is recreated, SCT needs to be fully disabled and enabled again, otherwise the taskbar will render with Classic Theme (despite that sounding good, it's the opposite)
