The new version of CM made ACDisplay a bit wonky. I find my screen will randomly turn back on with ACDisplay installed, but it is in a faded state and swiping the screen to unlock the phone can only be done after you double tap the screen to unfade. This might be due to 12.1 introducing a new lockscreen options.
