It may be a dumb question, but how do I run the MailFail extension to check email configuration for a specific domain, other than the mail.l.fail itself?

When your browser is focused on a tab such as github.com right now. Click on the MailFail extension icon and it will extract the domain name from the current tab to run the security checks.
