Repro steps.

Go to Black Spawn Den portal at 56.6S, 86.0W
Unsummonable

The log given by the failure.

Desired functionality.

This portal should be summonable

Mention any other details that might be useful.

The other two black spawn dens are correct and are summonable, the Ayan one is currently not and should be.

Ayan Baqur - 56.6S, 86.0W, (Wrong)
Fort Tethana - 13.6N, 79.8W, (Correct)
Obsidian Plains - 60.0S, 57.7W (Correct)

According to the retail PCAPs, AB BSD appears to have been non-summonable
