Example script for Step 4 in Tutorial #2?

Thank you to the whole team for developing this neat tool!

Technically not an issue, but a question: would you happen to have an example script for "Step 4" in Tutorial #2? If not, could you provide just a little bit more guidance on what tools you recommend to efficiently calculate the distances between simulated and empirical gene families?

I'm interested in evaluating the performance of ALEundated specific to my dataset. The approach described in Coleman et al., 2021 and Tutorial 2 makes sense, and I'm eager to try it out.
