Are there plans to add support for UDP?

I can choose UDP in the webUI. But it seems that the backend does not have the support yet.
there's no support for UDP, but it wouldn't be difficult to add. i'm not actively working on the tool. if anyone wants to try, i'd be happy to do code review and take patches.
