Automatically test built Docker containers

Test if the Docker containers are viable and functional.
Consider triggering a test run in repositories which use said docker containers (maybe via GitHub API).
Consider following:
- EDK2 (@LeanSheng)
- coreboot
- u-BMC (@MDr164)
- open BMC (@MDr164)
- Zephyr (@LeanSheng)
- Linux Kernel (@MDr164)
Test for coreboot each payload!
