EraseRibbon.cs doesn't always initialize dependencies

Left Wand, Left Rubber, etc are not always found after the initialization delay
Now querying for controllers everyframe unless both are found. Could possibly still be an issue in the future. This isn't breaking anything for now, so I'll mark it resolved.
