<Loader> with Custom Color

Branding inconsistency with the color of the Loader
Describe the solution you'd like
Currently, the <Loader> only comes in red-orange, it would be great to be able to either pass on a color to the fill of the .svg or possibly have a few options of different .svgs in various colors.
