Add a monomorphic variant of `distage-example`

It may be easier to understand the examples if they don't show both distage and BIO at the same time, so we may want to have a variant of distage-example that uses just distage alone, using a monomorphic effect type everywhere.
@neko-kai I would like to try this one. Shouldn't this issue be in the distage-example repo, or I should create totally separate repository?
@aleksandarskrbic I think we could make a branch in this repo (to be able to review as a PR) and then split off into a separate repo.
