Broken default image saved upon returning from camera

After clicking Photos tab, and clicking on the Camera Floating Action Button and choosing 'from camera', I didn't take any picture but clicked back.

This creates the default image in the gallery of the plant. I am unable to delete it using the selection method as well.

edit: I found plants.json and there were links to images that didn't exist in my DCIM, so I just deleted those entries to fix.
