Display a warning if an unsupported master copy is used for a Safe

Overview
When users recreate mainnet safes on L2 using mainnet contract version (not optimised for L2) and then try to use it in our interface, it looks like it is functional, but it is not.

It would be nice to display some warnings not to confuse users and reduce the number of help requests.
We should probably rephrase this to make sure that we show that the interface shows a warning if you interact with a Safe that uses a mastercopy that is not supported by our service (so not specific to L2 but more a general check). For this it is required that we coordinate with the services how to best indicate this.
