Currently no way to retrieve WebClip app icons

Currently WebClips saved to the Springboard don't have an app icon we can retrieve.
Ideally we should be able to retrieve this, or at least access the URL from which we can download the app icon ourselves.
May need to research libimobiledevice installation_proxy or house_arrest for this.
