Reducing FORMFieldCellItemHeight

Our app has rather large forms and we want to fit everything on one screen without making the user scroll. Is there a reason this height is fixed at 85px?

It's because our initial design required this. At the moment we don't have a way to reduce the height of this one without significant refactoring.
