.config folder not found

When i run it on my computer it works but when i run it on another computer it doesnt it keeps showing me this error

I read through the other issues and found the solution is to create the .config folder and the ID file with any 4 digit number inside then it should work, but i think it would be more convenient if this issue was fixed.
