iKeyEx for Vietnamese problem

Please support the way how to hook the key pressed and change to another key... 
in
order to make my language keyboard (Vietnamese with "telex-typing")

For example: When input "as" then the output is "á", "As" -> "Á"
more complex: ddoans -> đoán,...
v.v...

I can do it with the help of "chinese input method" with .cin format, but can 
not do
it with the upper case letter... because .cin only allow the lower case input.

Please, make your iKeyEx become the best one for all over the world.

Hi Kenny.

In the new version of iKeyEx, Can you add the option that allow user to define 
the
dynamic keyboard.? It means the keys on the top row can change depend the key 
pressed
in the other key.

For example: The keys on first row are 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0
But when I press the key "A" the first row will change to  à Á À Ả à 
Ạ ...

this is as the same as when I press the hold on "A", but instead of hold and 
show the
popup, it will change the content of the top row.

This way can let the user typing faster than hold, waiting and drag.
