Form Submission Not Working - Missing Assembly Reference Error

I have filled out all options for the form config, and have set the SMTP server address with a working address, but the Mobius Simple Contact form is throwing the error below.

DNN: 9.02.01
2sxc: 9.32.1
Mobius: 2.00.01

I believe these are differences in Windows server setups. Could you add this to your web.config? That should get it to work. just google the phrase The type system.collections...
