部分软件界面全局快捷键唤醒失败

目前发现在TeamViewer，Windows任务管理器，VisualStudio里无法全局快捷键唤醒。Maye无此问题

exe需要以管理员运行，则可以所有场景全局快捷键唤醒，无需其他设置

修改为管理员运行后就无法开机启动了，版本号是12.2.0.230714

钩子权限的问题，暂时没找到比较好的解决方法
