windows锁屏解锁后单按VK.LCTRL会呼出界面 按VK.LCTRL+VK.LWIN 一次后快捷键恢复正常

windows锁屏解锁后无法使用快捷键呼出界面，重启软件后正常，每次锁屏后重现
