Spectate Enemy

When spectating an enemy with the Spectate Enemies mod, the rooms aren't loaded in except for the few around where I died.

I haven't tested if the culling follows my body, it either follows my body or just keeps what was already loaded, loaded.

I haven't checked if spectating other players does this or not, I'll check when I can if it doesn't already get fixed by then.
