[Feature Request] Option to show heart rate in OSC chatbox

Simply the ability to output the full HR in the chatbox. Such as "Heartrate is 000 bpm" that updates every 1/5th of a second.

This has been a feature that I've been debating implementing, so I want to weigh out some of the pros and cons,

  • Pros
    • A way to share HR without needing a counter on every single avatar
    • Easier setup not requiring an avatar, or even opening Unity.
  • Cons
    • A lot of other OSC applications use this feature, and the overlapping would be harder to control, and may present issues.
    • The TextBox wouldn't look good visually, with it being just a chatbox saying "HR: xxx"
    • More documentation required, which could mean higher flood of support needed for end-users

If I were to implement this, there is also the question of how this feature would be toggled. It could be either Config, Launch Argument, or a CLI Command.

This is a very viable option; however, I cannot speak on reliability, nor offer any support for VRCOSC as it is completely separate from HRtoVRChat. If you'd like to still use HRtoVRChat and use Chatboxes with HRtoVRChat, I would recommend using TTS-Voice-Wizard as it integrates support with HRtoVRChat, which I can still provide support for.
