Ender Arrows Bugged

This is an amazing datapack, but recently the ender arrows started behaving weirdly. They swap entities like normal, but whenever they hit the ground, they'll teleport the person who shot it back to themselves, stuttering them.
Yep! This is a known bug and was resolved already. It will be in the next update for AlchemicalArrows
