After copying and image to clipboard it cannot be pasted into a folder

Here is the implementation of my code like the one provided in the examples:
If I look at the clipboard history, the image is actually there but there isnt any support to paste that image inside the target folder?
Hey there, do you have an example of an application those steps do work in? I'm not aware of OS file explorers that let you go from "copied image" to "file on disk" with right click->paste or CMD/CTRL+V. IIUC, this only works if you copy an existing file path into your clipboard and then paste it.
Unfortunately I don't have an example and I don't know if what I asked is actually possibile
