How to transfer files

Sometimes it is necessary to transfer files with the terminal. After installing lrzsz, there are still problems in using it.

lrzsz needs ZMODEM support, it's a little bit complex and we don't have much time to do this for now.
I am closing this issue and will reopen it once we are available for this.
That will be great if you can submit a PR.
