Add terms & conditions to the gardens UI

Since people are putting up $ for proposal deposit, challenge deposit etc... and voting with tokens that have value... it's good to have terms & conditions that protect both the user, the DAO & 1hive.
The TEC has already begun writing terms & conditions for their garden, but there currently isn't anywhere these can be added to the UI
Let's coordinate a conversation about what would be the proper way Gardens would like to display this information.
Also very interested in this convo and how to implement!
