Issue to provide solutions to current UI bugs detected by our internal team

Bugs description:

• Transacation Modal: modal fires when no wallet connected - FIX "connect your wallet to stake more tokens"

• Activate Points: enter to a pool with a user that is not registered on the community - activate points button is enabled and lets you click ending in an error - FIX: disabled button

• Screen sizes: Overflow in communityCard - FIX card layout

• Create Proposal: in Submit with value that greater than spending limit it throw error in console log but dont show information about the error - FIX, show error before submit

• Pool Requested Amount: Check value from requested Amount after proposal creation

• IncreasePower: button and field accept negative numbers and 0, also the black color background hard to see the text also in black color - FIX disabled button
