seedcracker doesnt lift seed?

im on the server lifestealsmp.com and after 7 structures i start lifting the seed but it returns as:
Finished searching for structure seeds.
Looking for world seeds with hashed seed...
Finished search with no results, reverting back to biomes.
and i have no clue why, i also checked the server plugins and confirmed there werent any plugins that messed with world generation
