remove neovim v5+ configuration

Right now, I have two different versions of neovim configuration. One of them belongs to v5+ and other one belongs to v5-. This cause many issues because on servers or low-end environment things like coc or nodejs is hard to use. I want to update the configuration into a minimal version so, I can use it on servers etc. and have high load configuration on ellievim.
