Background information
I noticed when sharing a Handbook link in Slack that the link didn't unfurl to show an excerpt from that page. We probably want to include page excerpts as Open Graph tags.

Acceptance criteria
- Handbook page excerpts show up when sharing a link in Slack (of less importance: Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
The assignee can add some checkboxes as a "sketch" of the steps to complete, which may evolve.
