Consider not setting vertical-align, or setting it differently

https://github.com/18F/private-eye/blob/master/private-eye.js#L5 sets vertical-align to top. Consensus on Slack seems to be that a baseline or bottom alignment is preferred. Should we default to that, or not set it at all and leave it to consumers to determine?
