Synchronize some wiki pages between repos

Background
With the new wiki architecture, some of the content should be the same across different repos. We can listen for the gollum event to know when wiki pages are updated in one repo and we can push those changes to the other repos.
Acceptance criteria (we'll know we're done when…)
- Updating one wiki automatically updates the other(s)
