Remove duplicate consent form templates from the Methods

Background
Both the UX Guide and the Methods have sample participant agreements. The methods one doesn’t include the template links for compensation that the Guide one does.

Acceptance criteria (we'll know we're done when…)
- We have only a single version of each resource
- Resources live in the UX Guide and are linked to from the Methods
Tasks
- Ensure that all references and links to the templates correctly point to where they live in the UX Guide
- Ensure UX Guide templates are up-to-date
- Remove consent form templates from the Methods repo
- PO review
