Background
This issue covers establishing standard templates for pull requests
Acceptance criteria (we'll know we're done when…)
- We have a PR template that can be used across repos
- The template is accessible from both repos
Tasks
- Draft PR template
- Decide where and how to put the tempate so that it's accessible from both repos
- Add template to repos
Removed the auto "new issue" label, since we talked about this as a team during standup.
