Consider implementing Touchpoints to collect user feedback

Consider implementing the new Touchpoints tool to provide another avenue for user engagement and feedback as well as a way to gather interested participants for user research.
Starting off with a feedback form, using the Touchpoints' Open-ended Contact Form Template, to be displayed as a modal.

The form and trigger button needs a bit of styling to address:
- REM-based sizing which makes things too small as the base font size is 10px
- Trigger button color adjustment depending on category's page background color

@juliaklindpaintner Yes--I'm working on that now, then will create a PR so people can preview it in the context of the site. The form will continue to be viewable at the direct link mentioned above.
And I can add any of us as editors of the form in Touchpoints.
