Consider changing "Validate" to "Evaluate" / "Test"

I suggest we change the category "Validate" to either "Evaluate" or more simply "Test."
Why: "Validate" often implies as "prove" or "find evidence to support," whereas "Evaluate" or "Test" more clearly expresses what Methods in this category are meant to do.
Definition of done: Change is made or Issue is closed with explanation of why we don't want to change it.
Closing this issue because I opened it prematurely.
