Implement Motorola livestream bodycams to be monitored by Legal Counsel in Real time to Minimize the "Burden on the Courts". Accountability is what "We the People" want. The Amount of Cost this would save in Civil Remedies by minimizing the amount of any Wrongdoing. Law enforcement would feel more protected as well. Allowing them to possibly raise their success rate from 17% in the D.O.J.
