Broken link on Working Groups page

At the end of Affinity Groups in TTS section of the Working Groups and Guilds 101 guide, there's a wayward link that is expected to point to contacts for joining private affinity group channels, but points generally to the #welcome-to-tts channel instead.
Why
This is the main source of knowledge for joining those affinity group channels.
Fix
Either update the link (I was unable to find the referenced link on Slack by searching), or create a separate list of contacts that can be kept up to date.

According to this article 18F was told to stop using Slack in 2016.
