Netlify signup process is broken, or misaligned to Handbook instructions

Expected
Based on the Netlify login instructions in the Handbook, I expected to be able to log in via GitHub and be all set to start making edits.

Actual

  • Visited https://handbook.tts.gsa.gov/admin/#/
  • Clicked Login with GitHub
  • Clicked "Authorize" button on the GitHub OAuth popup
  • Received this error message "You must be a Federalist user with a connected GitHub account.", except not in a way that's readable

I'm blocked because I don't understand what's being requested of me. Do I need to go somewhere to sign up for Federalist?

@beechnut You can request Federalist access in the #federalist-support channel on Slack. The other option is edit the handbook directly on GitHub (and you don't need Federalist access).
