Update the response to include the Powerful Words document

Background Information

I really appreciate the slackbot triggering when I used a non-inclusive word. It was a good suggestion to use Maestro instead of Guru ... but 1) that didn't really fit the context and 2) it piqued my interest because now I was interested in learning more about the background about the word guru itself and why it might not be considered inclusive. I did a search for guru and since I did it in the Google Chrome search bar, an internal document Powerful Words showed up. This gave me the context that I was looking for that Guru was lumped with other words.
